Memberships are issued on an individual basis and are non-transferable. Services do not roll over between billing cycles, and all appointments must be scheduled within available business hours. After-hours and holiday appointments may be accommodated for an additional fee. Unused services are forfeited, and it is the member’s responsibility to cancel prior to the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
